Horse-Rider Session

Ridden sessions identify body postures and biomechanical patterns which effect riding and the movement of the horse. Learn about natural movements of the body, and explore the range of comfortable movement for both the horse and rider.

During the session we make use of movement exercises, positional release techniques and resistance exercises to aid body awareness, body position, the rider's seat, self carriage of the horse to improve the physical and nervous system connection between the horse and rider.

These sessions are best done after the horse has has an experience of EPR treatment. This is a preference, but not a requirement.

Sessions by request.
